Founded in 2014

Paul Orajiaka Foundation was founded in 2014 by Paul Izuchukwu Orajiaka, an entrepreneur who has carved a niche for himself as a social entrepreneur due to his numerous social impact business model initiatives.

Paul Orajiaka Foundation has over the years embarked on positive impact within local communities via Culture vision an initiative set up by the Foundation to finds and implement solutions to social, cultural and environmental issues facing vulnerable African rural communities.

Our Aims & Objectives

  • To provide medical support and care to the less privilege in the communities.
  • To empower and train the youths in skill acquisition.
  • To provide financial aids to students of the less privileged for their educational advancement.

Our Mission and Vision

To bring love and care to the least vulnerable in our communities through the provision of microfinance support, provision of basic medical aids, and skills acquisition programs so they can lead healthy and productive lives.

About Paul Orajiaka

Paul Orajiaka is the Chief Executive Officer of Auldon Group. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University. Paul is a doctoral research associate with Henley Business School of the University of Reading UK, having obtained his M.Sc in Business and Management Research from same institution. He is an alumnus of London Business School, IESE Barcelona and the University of Wisconsin USA Executive Management Programs.

In February 2018, the Association to Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business education (AACSB), the world’s largest business education network celebrated Paul as part of the 2018 Influential Leaders Challenge Honoree on the positive impact he is making via Culture vision an initiative set up by his organization,  through which he finds and implement solutions to social, cultural and environmental issues facing the African child.

Paul’s passion for entrepreneurship has led him to successfully grow a $100 start-up toy business to become the preferred toy company in Africa with a recognition by the Forbes Magazine. As a social entrepreneur, he has been conscious of the plight of the environment in which his business thrives and has conscientiously made positive impact that has won him national and global awards such as Most Outstanding Entrepreneur Award by the Traders Right Protection Initiative, Nation Builders award in SME by the Global Titan CEO organization and recently a Change-maker award for social entrepreneurship by Ashoka Africa.
